Universities have to compete every bit as much as businesses to ensure success. They have to attract the right calibre and mix of students and are under continuous pressure to achieve success within their highly competitive market.
As is ever-increasing with contemporary businesses the quality and design of the workplace is fundamental and in this instance diverse campus buildings are seen as a vital component of the value the university has to offer.
