Orangebox has now successfully held the Investors in People Standard since 1996 with the latest re-assessment taking place in November 2015. The assessment process provides us with an independent external review of our people development processes by benchmarking our business against the different elements of the standard and helps us identify opportunities to address as we continually strive to improve our people managements and development processes.
